New This Tax Season!!! Learn How To Prepare Your Own Taxes On‐line
Have you always wanted to prepare your own income tax return but were afraid of doing it incorrectly? If your household income is under $57,000, learn how to prepare your own taxes with the help of an IRS-certified volunteer. You will use online software to enter your income, deductions and credits, and you will file both your Federal and CT returns electronically. Please bring social security numbers, W-2s, 1099s, 1098s, interest/dividend statements and any other documents necessary to file your return. Also bring last year's tax return, if you have it, and bank account information to deposit your refund (if you receive one) to your bank account. CLICK HERE to view flyer.
