VITA The VITA Program offers income tax preparation services to low and moderate income people at no cost to them. New Life Corporation recruits a volunteer workforce of over 80 community residents and professionals and manages various VITA sites in the cities of New Haven and West Haven. New Life Corporation trains and certifies the volunteers who prepare and electronically file income taxes throughout the neighborhood VITA sites. By combining tax assistance with hands on training, the program assists clients in better understanding their personal and family finances while also helping to ensure that they receive all of the proper deductions that they are entitled to. We announce the locations of our sites by December of ever year.
